If you have done everything right and you are still unsuccessful, please know that we will replace your starter free of charge. We guarantee that our sourdough starters will be fully active and ready to use within seven days, as long as the activation instructions were followed correctly. If the starter is not bubbling and happy after 7 days, we will send you a replacement starter.
